While JD Equipment Services takes care of special contracting needs, Lehua Services is a General Contracting company with many years experience in civil project management and new home or building construction. Owner, Sandy Duvauchelle, has also been appointed by Mayor Tavares to a 5-year term of service on the Maui County Board of Variances and Appeals.
